If you are using the paper-piecing templates, you will need: 
• 2-3/4 yards of white solid 
• 1/3 yard gray solid 
• 3/4 yard total of various orange solids (7 shades of orange) 
• 3/4 yard total of various yellow solids (4 shades of yellow) 
• 3/4 yard total of various green solids (8 shades of green) 
• 3/4 yard total of various blue-green solids (6 shades) 
• 3/4 yard total of various blue solids (8 shades of blue) 
• 1/2 yard binding fabric 
• 3-3/4 yards backing fabric

If you are using the traditional piecing method, you will need: 
• 3 yards of white solid 
• 1/4 yard gray solid 
• 3/4 yard total of various orange solids (7 shades of orange)

If you are using 5" charm squares, replace the 3/4 yard cuts of oranges, yellows, greens, green-blues, and blues with 139 charm squares—30 oranges, 24 yellows, 31 greens, 24 green-blues, and 30 blues.
